Just Because?

 Just because your song (art) is not on a CD, Vinyl or download-able or "radio ready" or you have a minimum 1000 sales on a record deal does not mean your art is shit... don't let them make you fall for the lie that everything is measured by how it can be best monetized... in my various lifetimes I have been privy to hear genius songs by those whose shy voices warbled an incredible storey weaved on a barely tuned guitar and a soul stripped bare of pretense to share pure artistic gold... music... arts is NOT a bloodsport... its the soul work... for the courageous... the rest of us should stand honorably watching legends and prophets divinate this healing magic...celebrating bravery... love you... for your soul work
