As with the burning of the sage or the laying down of the tobacco, I am conscious of the teaching to keep a good heart and a good mind when called to do this "work"... to focus on thanksgiving and stating the gratefulness to Creator that the "prayers" are never petitioning or requesting favor from a so called "god" but sitting in a visceral knowing that the things that people share as a "request" are given to Spirit Creator as in pure thanksgiving... that it has already been done... never waiting to see it happen but in walking with it and into it as an actualized reality already present in the ever present now... all as an act affinity, love and honor to be part of another's journey... love you... always have and always will and am grateful to you
