Here in the Chiapas there is a sentiment to face life knowing death is inevitable but to laugh at it in the face and thusly to embrace life fully... and using distraction as a temporary trauma response... because many do not have the luxury of hiding in their means or successes... being open and fully present publicly... far more emotionally intelligent and mature as a result... living thru the fears in attitudes of love... it's empowering to see... there is no hedging
